Phase 1: Awareness (Weeks 1–4)
Understand Your Blocks and Reclaim Your Power
This foundational phase helps you see the unconscious patterns running your social life and begin shifting them.
Identify the beliefs and behaviors keeping you stuck
Map your fear and avoidance patterns in daily life
Explore past moments of confidence and what made them work
Begin tension journaling: when do you shrink, avoid, or disconnect?
In-person challenges: low-pressure reps (e.g., greetings, presence exercises, initiating eye contact)
Phase 2: Action (Weeks 5–8)
Train the Social Muscle Through Real Reps
This phase builds your social stamina, adaptability, and resilience—with structured, escalating real-world practice.
Start stacking reps: casual chats, small talk with purpose, soft social invites
Learn to hold presence under social pressure
Experience and recover from rejection in healthy ways
Identify and interrupt your “collapse” moments in conversation
In-person challenges: street chats, approaching in groups, longer form interactions, high-stakes reps (networking, social invites, etc.)
Phase 3: Mastery (Weeks 9–12)
Live With Authentic Confidence Anywhere, Anytime
Now, you integrate everything: the mindset, the reps, the breakthroughs. This is where confidence becomes your baseline, not your performance.
Develop repeatable habits and rituals that sustain social growth
Practice radical authenticity—being fully yourself without needing approval
Sharpen your ability to read social dynamics and lead interactions
Navigate any setting—dating, work, groups, or high-pressure moments—with ease
In-person challenges: high-flow social settings, leadership exercises, full presence outings (no phone, no mask, just you)
